air elastis

Japanese scientists have created the "elastic water."

air elastis Developed at Tokyo University, this new material consists mostly of water (95%) with an additional two grams of clay and organic material. Resembling a substance produced by the agar-agar or gel, but it is very elastic and transparent.

The discovery was initially revealed last week in the latest edition of scientific journal Nature. According to Japanese scientists, the new material is very safe for the environment and humans, and very likely to become one of the important media in medical technology to help an injured or completing a safe surgery (like replacing body parts to be cut).

Even with increasing density, these new materials can be used to produce "ecologically plastic materials," or it can completely replace the plastic. This phase is still in the research until September 2010. But if successful, scientists may have found a breakthrough to make the world a little greener.
